M Village is designed to be a collaborative work with many points of intersectionality. We envision a team concept comprised of congregants and community members. This human-centered design will ensure that our approach meets the needs of those we serve. Here’s list of teams that need your assistance!

Executive Oversight Team to Manage planning and implementation processes of project

Research Team to collect historical and current data on gentrification and other disparities in GR

Construction Team to contribute expertise in areas of zoning, engineering, CAD, building codes and construction cost analysis

Property Management Team to manage relations with clients, support property access and maintenance needs

Collaboration Team to locate and engage with local, gov’t and private funding sources

Finance Team to manage and record all accounting responsibilities for the project

Marketing & Communications Team to lead communication, promotion and planning of project related marketing efforts – crowd funding, community forum, etc

Documentation Team to fully track and document all project details
